"Disappointing I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...

Arrivee a 18h, pas de reception, cle dans une boite sur porte abimee dans couloir triste. Attention : pas de draps ni serviette ni torchon, ni kit vaiselle...rien...j ai du me debrouiller pour louer des draps en me deplacant chez un prestataire exterieur..../ l appart etait en tres mauvais etat, mal / pas nettoyé, il manquait une facade de meuble de cuisine, pas de lampe...

"Emplacement très calme, studio sympa sans lit double, juste un lit superposé dans un endroit exiguë de 1m50 de large et encore, pour un couple on doit dormir sur le canapé lit, d'un confort relatif et sans couette de la largeur, nous avions deux couettes de 90 , pas très agréable ! L’accès est, comment dire, pas simple , une rampe en béton très pentue ou alors un accès a l’ascenseur par un dédale au sous sol sur des caillebotis en caoutchouc, pas simple non plus avec quelques bagages ! In reality, the apartment is in a completely different and inferior location far from the center. "No bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotel’s services description that I have to carry on my own. Poor cleanliness. Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available. Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom. "Location is very close to the city center so that’s good. Free and inconvenient parking was good Bedroom lights spacious enough Bed was comfortable The only thing I didn’t like was that I was charged by the hotel for the room, although it was prepaid and paid online to Expedia. I had to call Expedia to get my extra charge refunded"

"Nicely located for slope access. The pool was very cold and quite small, the spa is NOT included and has to be booked days in advance for a specified time as it’s only open in the evenings, this has to be done by phone with the external provider which wasn’t very smooth. Room was fine and had everything we needed. Room had two bathrooms but only 1 toilet which was a bit inconvenient."

"The hotel was perfect. Staff were lovely and the food was excellent. The hotel itself is in a perfect position for skiing, next to the slopes. The room we had (double bed with a pull out sofa bed and balcony) was very clean and comfortable. The ski room was brilliant. A locker for your skis and boots (no coming down to find someone’s gone off with your equipment). My only criticism is that the food at the evening buffet didn’t have any allergen labels on it (it’s quite common to find these labels now in hotels where they have a buffet) so those making a choice of food if they were avoiding dairy or gluten for example would have to ask each night. Will definitely stay here again if we go skiing in the Three Valleys again. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful week "

"Superb resort with a large indoor swimming pool, steam room and sauna. There’s also a ski room with direct ski-in/ski-out access to the piste which leads to Doron and Pointe de la Masse gondolas. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Be aware that showers are in a bathtub which may be an issue for those with mobility problems. Breakfast is an excellent hot buffet European spread. "
