"Great neighborhood, room was as expected, they took the trash out daily, very polite. We Loved our stay! FYI, the elevator is tiny, so be prepared to only have 2 people on it at a time; or if you have a wheelchair or stroller it might not fit."

"Perfect location"

"We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were lovely and extremely helpful throughout our stay. We arrived after spending a night at another hotel that we had to leave early due to poor conditions, so we were especially relieved to find such a welcoming and comfortable place. The hotel was in the middle of renovations, but it didn’t bother us at all. In fact, I believe we were given a newly renovated room on the third floor, which was very spacious and comfortable. After our experience with the first hotel, where the online photos were very misleading, we were hesitant about staying elsewhere in Paris. This hotel completely restored our confidence. The property was wonderful and located in a vibrant area. It’s close to the Louvre and Notre Dame, with plenty of shopping nearby, including high end designer stores. There are also many great restaurants in the area. It’s a lively and enjoyable neighborhood to stay in, especially if it’s your first time visiting Paris. We would highly recommend this hotel."

"Clean room good size for Paris . Half the staff was incredible but one was terrible . Zero help and didn’t even acknowledge us at some points. Hot tub did not work was like warm an had to be paid for to use. Sauna was great but needs to be booked before use. Breakfast is NOT included neither is water in the rooms which I was not made aware of . Great location very central to everything "

"My room was small but functional. The bathroom is open-plan (no door to separate the shower from the bedroom), but I was travelling alone, so it wasn't an issue. The safe was too small to hold my laptop, and the closet space was also small, but there was a space to put my suitcase under the bed, which freed up some space. The location is excellent - on a side street so no street noise and close to The Palais Royale, Les Halles Westfield Mall and plenty of great restaurants. I forgot my power adapter, but the front desk had one that I used while there."

"Wonderful property "

"Absolutely the perfect spot to stay for first time travellers to Paris! The staff are all so willing to assist in anything you might need. Check in was easy, we even got an upgrade as this was an anniversary trip. The room and beds were so comfortable, housekeeping was perfect. We signed up for the breakfast each day and loved it. One day we had to leave before breakfast was served, and they packed us a little box with pastries and fruit and yogurt to take away with us, just a nice extra little touch. One morning we had difficulty understanding a French speaking Uber driver and the front desk person kindly stepped in to assist. Umbrellas were handy at the front door for us to use on a drizzly morning. Every single staff person we encountered was beyond helpful and kind, we can’t wait to stay here again. "
