"Be careful booking this location the room and resort were great but our building was under separate ownership which meant it was fully self catered the there were no towels no sheets for the beds only the duvet and pillows which were stained and not pleasant to sleep on. We found a cockroach in one of the kitchen appliances and there was no way of getting service from reception as they had nothing to do with the building/room. Be careful staying here "

Found out last minute that price advertised does not include towels or bed sheets, we would need to pay for them plus an extra charge as a rush fee since now it was less than 24h before check-in. "Great location Great breakfast Lovely staff Wonderful room with a great view No air conditioning which wouldn’t usually matter but it was a heatwave, Great pool, shame that use the other spa facilities were closed until the afternoon which meant it was full of teenagers hanging out in the jacuzzi most days once they did open"
