「A Lillie bit far from the Grotto but the hotel is nice and the bed is comfortable. My kids love this hotel. Marjorie the receptionist is very accommodating and nice.」

「Chambre propre,repas au restaurant impeccables. Petit manque d’organisation au petit dej, pain manquant, compote qui avait tourné. Petit bémol concernant le spa : manque de dalles au plafond, propreté douteuse. Plein d’enfants chahutants et sans surveillance dans le bassin normalement interdit aux moins de 16 ans, nous avons retrouvé les mêmes qui prenaient les couloirs pour une aire de jeu. Séjour tout de même agréable et personnel sympathique, bar au top. 」

「Week-end à 8 (2 couples avec 4 enfants), l’appartement était propre, avec un grand balcon et une très jolie vue. Très bien adapté pour 2 familles avec ses 2 salles de bain. La piscine et le sauna sont très appréciables après une journée sur les pistes. Très satisfait 」

「Wonderful location minutes away from all the important sites of Lourdes. Many restaurants around as well. Great staff eager to please and help and go the extra mile for customers. Rooms / toilets a bit dated. The toilets can be modernised a it for sure. Good amenities provided. 」
