「This is an amazing property located slap bang in the centre of La Spezia old town with restaurants, bars, cafés and independent shops on the doorstep. We had the duplex suite with a large lounge-diner area and bathroom downstairs, then a bedroom with massive bath tub and a further bathroom upstairs. 「最差是check in 無人服務，站在住宿樓下進入不到check in, 按鐘無人回應，按照鐘旁邊寫的電話號碼WhatsApp 終於有人回應，回應要我進行網上填表check in, 填好等到兩點check in 時間，仍然無人出現，無人開門，在街等了兩個多小時，WhatsApp 追問，仍只是回覆 「Ring the bell and call the number」，我不斷 ring the bell 都無反應，call the phone number 無回答 ！最後好彩有那棟大厦住戶才可以進入，先可以上到二樓按照網上指示進入及取房匙。 原來全程無人服務，酒店想全自動，但係開門技術配合不到！ 我住四日，投訴無人清潔，才有一日有人做清潔，厠紙用晒都無人補充。 同住另一對外國人都是因進不到大門check 而十分不滿，真 0 服務 ！ 如果撞到一些不懂英文，肯定不懂填表網上check in, 真是不知如何取房！」

「Nice and clean room. Very helpful Francesca had some great travel tips (good restaurants, nice places to visit). The hotel is a bit far away from the train station in a not that interesting area, but you could walk to the ferries to Cinque Terre and there was a bus stop close by where you could catch a bus to Leriche or the train station in La Spezia. 」
