「We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend to others and stay here again. All the staff were so helpful and polite and didn’t hesitate to help when we had a small problem. The apartment itself was very clean, luxurious and mostly very spacious, particularly lots of bedroom storage. The only small criticism was that the shower room was tiny but this didn’t really impact us that much as everything else was so wonderful! Also, it was in a great location, 5 min walk to the metro...

「The apartment was very comfortable and in a pretty quiet neighborhood. Everything was good, with a small exception of the bathroom which looked like a first try DIY (do-it-yourself). It didn't do anything to our worsen our experience, however we did feel that the owner will have some water damages in the long run. Also, please secure the sink for future guest. 「It’s very bad but communication channel is good」

「We didn't receive an email about check in instructions as the booking information said i would. We phoned them and advised we wouldn't need the sofa bed made but it was made anyway. Check in was at the hotel round the corner and was so slow it took probably 20 mins. The bath was designed so that having a shower floods the room as the bath tub was not flush against the wall. There were light switches that don't work. The aircon vent was dripping onto the floor by the front door and the stain...
