Great location in a nice area. Obviously not a hotel, but a nice and modern apartment. Large TV and a powerful A/C. Had to call the service number regarding some details about the check-in process, but all in all a nice stay

I thought the location was great. I also think the room was large enough and well laid out. Of the two different cleaners we saw, one was good, while the other was not. I think all the amenities were fine and clearly listed. My biggest problem was that nobody responded to some legitimate concerns I had. The most shocking of these was that the shower drain was clogged and the water was overflowing into the washroom floor. While I prevented a major problem by being patient, I reported the problem, but nobody addressed it or fixed it. I had to clean the drain myself (and I had never used this type of drain before) and while some of that hair was my own, certainly not all of it was--I didn't have rubber gloves and it was kind of gross. Again, I reported the problem as was explained to me, but I never got a response. There were a couple of other incidents where I would have liked to communicate with someone, but was unable. It was a little frustrating. Again, the room was clean enough, and the video explaining the entrance was clear enough, though slightly inaccurate as there wasn't a lock box for me to use. I am not sure we would stay here again. We loved the location, but we need someone a bit more responsive. If you prefer to be left alone, this might be the perfect place for you.

Getting the entry codes was difficult. Wifi quality was poor. Otherwise a nice room and a very excellent location.

God beliggenhed.
