「The warm welcome set the tone for my stay. Jeff, at the front desk, suggested a very good restaurant since I wasn’t familiar with the area. The hotel layout and decor was colorful and inviting. The room was great, with whimsical touches with functional decor and bright colors. The house staff was professional and friendly too. When traveling in the future, I’ll be sure to look for a Tru hotel.」

「The room was clean & comfortable. The stairs & porch needed cleaning. The room had no cup/glass for teeth brushing. Also it’s is above a coffee shop, but they don’t open on Saturday till 8 & 7 on weekdays, and there’s no in room coffee. I really needed morning coffee, but didn’t get it.」

「I would rate this hotel a 3 out of 5 stars. It was an affordable option, but unfortunately housekeeping did not seem to keep up with the property. The cleaning appeared very basic, and the building is clearly showing signs of wear and tear over time. We stayed for a week and barely saw any other guests during our stay. I was disappointed to notice dirt and dust building up around the headboards, chairs, and bench seating in our room. There were also small spots of mold visible on the ceiling,...

「We love staying here, however once again the kids in 251 were screaming and running the halls, so loud it woke us up twice, I eventually went in the hall and told them to shut up. Then AGAIN the damn housekeeping tried walking in our room. It was 9:30 and check out is 11. I am about sick of that happening」

「Wonderful stay! Our family of 3, plus one cat and one dog were very comfortable at this hotel. Room was quiet, clean, and new. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out. The kitchen was a great bonus. Staff was friendly and helpful. The lounge/breakfast area is huge with a pool table and tons of different seating options. We didn't swim, but the pool must be a popular option as many kids and adults were going to and from the pool. EV charger is a Tesla charger and it worked great!...
