"The staff were very friendly and the check in process was very nice. The amenities were quite limited, but that was acceptable. My biggest complaint was the low water pressure in the shower, which made it difficult to shower properly. In addition, the water did not heat up well in the morning, so the shower was more cold than hot."

"The hotel is a good 20 min walk to the Cathedral. The hotel looks new and modern. Bed was firm and comfortable. Like other hotels in Spain and most of Europe, there is only heating but no cooling mechanisms. I had to open the windows to let the cool air in then close it once it’s cooled down. The breakfast buffet was good variety with healthy options. Front desk staff was a bit cold when I checked in."
