「Great hotel. I highly recommend.」

「The whole place could use a very very deep clean. The lock to my door didn't work, so I couldn't leave anything in the room to get food places. Even after bringing it up, they didn't want to accommodate me with a room with a working lock. And by working lock, I mean you can physically enter the room without a key card. Since they're pet friendly get ready to see all the leftover pet stains, under UV the place looks like a Jackson Pollock painting. High touch surfaces not cleaned.」

「Nobody on staff late night, had to ring bell. Smell of Thau food constantly, not much of a breakfast. No spoons, knives, forks, three cups, no coffee throughout the day, and no napkins. 」

「Staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was lacking this time during our stay. There wasn’t any yogurt, very little fruit, only apples on the one day. Milk for my coffee came from a large jug and not little milkers which was inconvenient. The toilet in our room did not flush very well and the mirror in the washroom had a big chip where someone could cut themselves.」

「You get what you pay for. The staff was very kind and helpful and the sheets were clean, but the floor and walls in the room were damaged, and everything looked so run down and dingy I couldn't feel confident that things were actually clean. The mattress was also hard as a rock! Just drop a few more dollars to stay somewhere else, if you can.」
