「Friendly helpful staff, excellent breakfast, the room was lovely, close to everything we were able to walk everywhere」

「Nice experience in Arcotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Luna has tried her best in helping us find out the best way to get to airport which I appreciate much. room is spacious, with fridge. There is supermarket in gas station, with 1 min walk. However, restaurants are few and located a bit far, like 15 mins walk. It's not in tourist area, but you can always take bus 3/8, every ten mins. Station is also ard 3 mins walk from hotel.」

「中規中矩的好飯店，適切的服務與配置，很好的地點。近中午到飯店，立刻給進房間，十分感謝。因為是老飯店，部分房間出了電梯要爬幾個台階，提大行了李稍稍費力，但也不算大問題。早餐很豐富精緻，蛋料理要另點，一人可點一份。」

「早餐是它的亮點，蔬菜烤得很好吃 美中不足的是客房清潔人員在我們還沒退房時突然闖入，兩次😂」

「Small but cozy hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. However it is annoyed that we had to request for housekeeping everyday as this service is upon request so to conserve our environment (?). There was one time that the front desk staff forgot to mark but luckily we got back earlier so can still get the housekeeping service. I think , at least, clearing rubbish bin should be included as basic hotel service ? 」
