「The staff were so incredibly helpful and kind, the location is very convenient and right near the metro. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again during my time in Paris!」

「Très très bien」

「Great hotel clean and all the equipments are useful. Micro wave, hair dryer, refrigerator and cooking set」

「No hair dryer or can borrow but keeping your passport No kettle No water No glass No cup」

「My bottle of shower gel wasn’t enough to last for my 3 days of staying and no refills were provided when they cleaned my room. When i called the reception they said they don’t have any shower gel? Feel like this shouldn’t happen for a 4 stars hotel. But other than that the hotel feels very new and clean. Kudos for the lady who helped me with the luggage storage on the first day and the very friendly lady in the breakfast area」

「very close to metro Hoche station (3 min. walk), small shop near by, the room is sparkling clean and equipped enough.」

「Very nice and clean room with space. The only problem is the door of the toilet and it made a big noise when you close it.」

「New facilities conveniently located only a couple of minutes walk from the closest metro station and La Villette. Breakfast was great as well all the room facilities. Highly appreciated noise insulation and excellent wifi and shower facilities. The hotel is very clean wherever you look at, I was really surprised to see a tray with the leftovers from breakfast (maybe requested breakfast service?) from another room were sitting in the hallway next to other bottles evidently other guests left ther....

「Place was nice」

「Some hooks to hang things up in the bathroom would be nice. And more hangers to hang clothes as well.」

「Had a family emergency had to return early property was very uncooperative at reaching an agreement. In the end they just keep my money.」
