"Paid my £51 room bill in cash but could only do so if I provided ID? For £51.00? Then bought meal and drinks at the bar for £42.00, paid in cash but no ID required? What a strange policy!"

"Hotel itself was ok, the security guy pal was awful rude and very intimidating Would put me off staying at the hotel again We complained about this to hotel manager she did eventually sort out issue but pal the security guy still would not apologise for his actions"

"Rooms are so ridiculously outdated. Broken furniture and marks everywhere. Staff not interested and barely acknowledged us it was almost like we were not good enough to stay there. Didn't ask if we wanted dinner or breakfast or even if our stay was ok on checkout. Unfriendly staff at the bar. Main areas seemed fine did not use any facilities decided against giving them any further money after the way we were treated. Beautiful from the exterior but that's about it!"
