「Absolutely stunning hotel, welcomed by staff the moment we arrived and all very friendly- nothing seems like too much trouble. Spa facilities are lovely and the evening meal and lunch we had were amazing. Already looking at a return visit ❤️ Big thanks to Paul. I left 2 bracelets in my bathrobe. These were quickly found and returned to me by post. Thanks for a great visit」

「We have visited this hotel many times before, and it has been amazing., unfortunately this time round was a different story. Communication was poor, we had booked a suite as a treat for Easter, part of this package was VIP parking, when we arrived the car park was closed, no email, no message on the Expedia chat with the hotel. We parked in the multi-story which was fine, the next day we were informed that the car park was now open, we moved the car only to be sent back by security who informed...
