"I stayed here for my entire Leh Circuit Trip and the guys over here made me feel so good I can’t express. Special thanks to Shubhojit (the Property Manager), Achyut bhai and Bhairavji. Also thanks to Krishna for serving tea bags and coffee in the room. Amazing property and great stay. Must recommend in Leh. Nearby to Leh Main Market."

"First impression , just beautifully done . Lovely grounds . Tje staff - porters, dining staff - wonderful, courteous and helpful . Disappointed, my room was not properly cleaned . Noted in the shower all corners dirty with hair , debris . Also a few cobwebs . Tje black walls had soap and other residues . Did politely point out the issue and requested a good clean up . It was not done . Biggest problem - the staff is not trained in handling if any medical issues arose . Not knowing what to do , they get fearful and just avoid handling it . This is an administration issue . I think if the staff is trained well they would follow better . Also , one would expect someone to be in charge and be at the reception area at night - not a soul present . Not acceptable . It’s a shame that I had to write this because the hotel of this stature and being quite expensive should not have any of the above issues . It’s the owner who is and should be responsible ."
