「Everyone - owner Jigme, Operations manager Joel, receptionists, waiters and other staff - was very efficient, polite and helpful. They give personal attention to each guest and fulfil any reasonable demand beyond usual expectation. I have not come across such a staff anywhere in the world.」

「We loved our stay at Le Mentok resort. Stayed there for 4 nights and it was a very pleasant experience. It is an ideal property if one is looking for a relaxing experience away from the hustle and bustle of the town and main markets. We had no problems getting around to see other places whenever we wanted to by simply booking a taxi. The resort is well maintained and the staff is very helpful. 「I went to Leh towards end of January for a peaceful retreat, the staff of this hotel made my experience amazing. They helped me plan the perfect itinerary and arranged for transportation. The amenities of the hotel made my stay comfortable. The location is convenient (2 mins walk to the main market). I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are planning a trip to Leh.」

「I really enjoyed both my stays at The Pal. It's a very nice property, well-kept, a convenient short walk from the main market. The stroll down the street never got old. The room was tidy. The shower was plenty refreshing after an 8-day trek. Breakfast was good. The staff was especially friendly and helpful.
