"Comfortable room, friendly staff. Had pleasant meal one night, and enjoyed cooked breakfast. Spent few hours in pub lounge, great atmosphere. Small point, we were in room 9 which was noisy at night due to extractor fan out
side. Other than that we enjoyed our stay."

"Not easy to find, since no street-number supplied until asked for. Expected en-suite - bathroom shared (between 2 rooms) and quite a distance from the bedroom. Access arrangements (and supervision) sketchy - via key-safe on telephoning (never-seen) owner. However, the bed was very comfortable and the location quiet."

"We only ended up staying for one night of the two we booked. This was due to work commitments not the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty.
Before we left we had a meal in the restaurant. The food was some of the best we’ve had in a while.
We would definitely stay there again."

"Welcoming owners Helen and Andy provide a warm, comfortable and luxurious B&B in the heart of lovely Eccleshall. Helen's artsy skill are shared in abundance, with every little detail attended to. Our room overlooked the beautiful garden at the back of the property, adjacent to private car parking, and a gentle stroll down to the town. We plan to stay again, truly a delightful experience."

"A splendid setting for a comfortable overnight stay and enjoyable breakfast. Although they do not cater for evening meals, we were directed to the Joiner's Arms restaurant a mile away that provided a nice meal with pleasant atmosphere."

"served a purpose when travelling through the airport, the room was average, cleanliness was okay, carpets were old and a bit marked and a bit of dust but nothing major. Amenities were as required. The hotel is great if you are just there for a sleep."
"Great shuttle service from the airport to the hotel . Also shuttle service to the train station . Lovely buffet breakfast also . Family room with 2 x double beds and comfortable . Would recommend to anyone travelling from Scotland and flying from Manchester. We will defo be using Clayton hotel in the future."
"Alternatives to milk would be great. Previously they held oat and soya but neither were available. Also feel the quality of the food at breakfast has decreased."
"Room was clean, staff really helpful and good breakfast with different options (a takeaway breakfast can be arranged from 3 am if you have an earlier flight ). Beds very comfy, sofa bed too. There’s a restaurant on the hotel, but I suggest to book for the evening as it can be quite busy. A bit of maintenance needed on the property.
Good thing is it’s 2 minutes walk to the terminal 2 so very close and don’t need a car to get to the airport, otherwise parking can be quite expensive and not many spaces there - I think there is a second one but need to pay for it too.
Overall it was a good stay."
"My stay at Buxton Crescent Hotel was pleasant and relaxing. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout my visit. Breakfast was delicious, well-organized, and offered a wonderful dining experience. The hospitality and attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated the excellent service and would highly recommend this beautiful hotel. I look forward to visiting again!"
