「The stay was OK overall, but the floor from elevator to room was extremely cold ... which led my wife and I to not use the pool for fear of freezing when heading back to the room after a dip. But the last morning wasn't great. There were dogs in the breakfast area which caused me and a few others to just walk away and head to a local restaurant to get healthier choices.」

「Historical building with lots of character, lobby fireplace was warming on a rainy day. The first floor lobby and dining rooms are very dark, great atmosphere but bring a little flashlight. Met a lot of nice people during our stay. The welcoming scotch was fantastic. We heard the breakfast was minimal. It was not, filled with all kinds of homemade apple strudel, mushroom quiche, chocolate pastries, many other delicious sweet muffins, etc.」

「We had a wonderful stay! The facility was very nice; we had clean room, with a comfortable mattress, and all of the staff were terrific. We had a delicious meal at the restaurant Saturday evening. Information for folks considering a stay. Keep in mind this is not a bed and breakfast with homemade breakfast, but rather an Inn, with a full and wonderful Continental breakfast. It may be difficult for folks with bad knees; the guest rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor, although someone will help...
