Room was comfortable, clean, modern, spacious with full kitchen. Nice view of Harbour and amusement park. Just steps to train/bus station. Friendly staff. Good value. Could improve: Communication – need staff that can understand/speak English better; more English signs/instructions in room eg. to use telephone. No direct line to reception from room. Have to call external line which we weren’t able to do as words on phone and voice after pressing numbers were in French only. Never got wake up call cause staff didn’t understand English. We had two people, but only one set of towels in bathroom. Had to go down to reception to get towels because we couldn’t use the phone as everything was in French. General message received on the app 2 days before checkin was only in French. I had to Google translate to find out it contained relevant info that we needed. We had messaged them before in English so system should detect properly language to send esp when it’s important. Also ran out of toilet paper the morning we were leaving. we had to use Kleenex as no time to wait for delivery and we were packing to checkout. Other than that, we were very happy with the room and would still recommend.

We're very much enjoyed the hotel.The room is spacious and very comfortable. the negative comment about cleanliness was the toilet had black mold on it and the back of the toilet bowl on the interior was caked with black something. the area around the hotel appears to be mostly business not a lot of restaurants and nightlife but very close to the cruise terminal. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. we would stay here again if we were using this cruise port .

I love that it had a stocked kitchenette. The room was spacious and clean. The furnishings were modest but functional. The safe deposit box had been locked by a previous occupant; with just a 1 night stay, I didn't tell the staff until I had checked out. The view was not special as it looked over a construction site. This hotel is very conveniently located relative to the train station. I didn't try their breakfast buffet as other guests said that €18 was pricey for what it offered. I would stay here again.

This was one of the worst places we’ve ever stayed. We arrived quite late in the evening and the surrounding area did not feel safe. We paid extra to stay in a bigger room and were looking forward to staying but the place did not meet any expectations (I’m surprised it’s rated as a 4 star property!) When we entered the room, there was a terrible smell throughout probably coming from a bathroom/toilet (problems with blocked pipes?) The hand washing basin was blocked, there was no shower gel provided, the toilet was not cleaned properly and there was hair in the shower. No bedsheets provided for a spare sofa bed so we had to request them late in the night. The sofa bed was very dirty - looked like it has never been cleaned! The night light in the bedroom was not operational. Breakfast was just average - very limited hot options and no selection for people not eating pork. Very disappointed with the place and could not wait to leave this hotel. I’ve never left a bad review but this time i just could not justify the rating of this hotel - very untidy and not worth the money.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel Odalys au Havre. Le personnel était accueillant et les chambres très confortables. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !

Sejour agréable

Appart hôtel agréable. Personnel très accueillant. Bel espace commun. Chambre propre et calme. 2 propositions d'améliorations : le petit dejeuner est bien trop cher, un espace de jeu pour enfants serait un plus.

3e séjour au Havre, j'adore cette ville. 2ème fois avec cet hôtel, j'aime bien leur chambre avec cuisine, très confortable et spacieuse. Petit déjeuner correct et bien fourni. Par contre, cette fois ci, j'ai constaté une petite baisse de qualité dans le service : le couloir d'accès à la chambre est sale, il y a des déchets qui traînent au sol, la télé avait un souci d'image, pas trop gênant mais visible ! Le papier toilette était fourni au rabais, un seul lot de serviette et pas d'eponge ou de torchon pour nettoyer la cuisine. Tous ça est payant, je n'ai pas le souvenir d'avoir eu cela précédemment ?? Néanmoins, je recommande vivement cet hôtel car proche de la gare et des commerces, transports en commun à proximité aussi. Je reviendrai à l'occasion
