Early check in wasn’t an issue. Pool and hot tub were abit on the colder side for my liking. Nice sauna and steam room. Gym also available. Spacious ski locker available with the room. "

"Avoid if at all possible. The location, though advertised as central Flaine is not Flaine, it is 5-10 minute drive up the hill, requiring a navette bus to ski. This also makes it rather difficult to find on the first day. The hot tub didn't work most of the time and when it did it was tepid at best. The room was dirty, with dirty socks lying around and to top it all off, they tried to charge an 80 euro cleaning fee for a room that wasn't even clean. "Brilliantly located hotel with easy access to the lifts and also the forum area of Flaine, lots of local bars and restaurants to enjoy too, The Hotel is clean and spacious a with a large equipment room with boot dryer. The restaurant offers a good selection and changes daily, We very much enjoyed our stay truly a 5* 3*hotel! "
