「Absolutely wonderful hotel, and what makes it so good is the staff. They are the friendliest, most helpful staff anyone could ask for, a real credit to the owners. It is a boutique hotel with 30 rooms and has a very personal feel about it. You really do feel part of the family when you stay. 「This hotel fully deserves five-star rating, from the helpful and friendly reception, the modern and comfortable room (and indoor pool and spa), good housekeeping service to the excellent on-site restaurant. I'm particularly impressed by François and his team at the on-site ski shop. They took good care of my equipment and gave me very good boot adjustment advice (virtually saved me from getting a new ski boots!). The proximity to the ski slopes is a big plus. 「Appartements proches des remontées mécaniques. L'appartement bien que petit (28m²) est bien optimisé pour passer une semaine à 5. Le canapé lit du salon est de bonne qualité. La salle de bain est juste un peu petite. Le fait que les logements soient dans des bâtiments séparés, il est difficile d'être dans l'ambiance VVF. Pour le vivre, il faut mieux résider à l'autre VVF de Val Cenis (VVF rive gauche).」
