「From the moment we parked the car in secured lock up garage the experience was amazing. We felt like we had stepped back in time to the old days when service meant everything. The Guy on reception (unfortunately I didn’t get his name) had a great sense of humour and could speak English. I apologise but we didn’t speak Italian. Car parking very easy and secure.
