"I have been to Quebec several times . This is the first visit at this hotel. Chic and clean . Lovely staff and accommodations! Le Bedeau was the wine bar connected to the hotel . Well worth the visit . When I come back to Quebec this hotel will be my choice ."

"Lovely apartment and close to all in Vieux Quebec. Clean, well equipped, and cozy. The view outside the window of the big grey wall of the Museum of Civilization wasn't the best. Also, found it odd to have a tip envelope where there is no maid service, no room service, no front desk, and a virtual answer to calls. Why would I tip? Otherwise, a good place to stay."

"Very nice smaller hotel in lower town. All the staff we encountered were wonderful. We would definitely stay here again."

"Great amount of parking, clean room, great climate control settings. One of the only downsides is a lack of soundproofing+very loud guests. "

"Dirty filthy pillow was left on our bed from prior guest. Looked like semen and hair. The hotel replied with a breakfast which they thought was amazing. Stay away. Nasty staff who could care less about you. Front desk is a nightmare. "
