Everything was very clean. Staff was friendly. We loved that it had a fireplace. It was less than 10' for most of our stay but it stayed warm inside and the heat was easy to control. The beds and furniture were all in good condition and comfortable.

Excellent stay

Every year we drive from Ontario to the Maritimes during the summer for two weeks, typically we plan our overnight stay along Autoroute 20 near Levis or sometimes in Sainte-Foy. This time on our way back to Ontario, we decided to stay for an extra day and find accommodations outside of the city. It was a pleasant surprise staying at Chalets Montmorency Mont-Sainte-Anne. The location was near a number of sights we wanted to visit such as Chute Larose, Canyon Sainte-Anne and Beaupre. The accommodation was comfortable and spacious. There is an indoor pool and hot tub along with BBQ for use. We will definitely come back next time if opportunity arises.

Les photos sont trompeuses. Les appartements sont très vétustes. La climatisation marchait mal. Le ventilateur faisait un bruit infernal pour ne rien brasser. Le lave vaisselle faisait un bruit terrible. Sinon, personnel sympathique et compétent mais il fallait réserver pour accéder à la piscine délabrée, des créneaux de 1h. On n’a pu y aller qu’une fois en 4 jours. Bref, je trouve le rapport qualité prix très mauvais.

We liked it !

The chalet was nice with 2 rooms and kitchen . Liked every aspect except there was no shampoo and you needed to reserve the pool . Overall we liked it because it was a good location for us and the beds were confortable.
