"This property needs lots of maintenance. It looks like it’s been renovated but is still looks like it needs more. Our room’s air conditioning was not working and it was hot. We asked the front desk and they said that they couldn’t do anything about it. Also the room had mold on it and we showed the manager and did nothing about it. We are still on vacation and because of that are sick."

"Our check-in process was fantastic. Friendly and knowledgable team members which was a great start to the stay. The room was fantastic, everything had been thought of (utensils, welcome pack with basic cleaning supplies, kitchen appliances). The pool was incredible, a little dated (a couple of interactive features did not work, and they did not turn on the water features until we were out and ready to leave), but such a relaxing change of pace to other family parks we have experiences. The outdoor pool area was welcomed by our two children too, being warmed too was an excellent addition. The on site shop has selected opening times, something to bear in mind if you’re relying on it for anything. The children’s area is superb, we could have spent everyday of our stay all day here! So overall, we’re very happy with our stay and already looking ahead to our return visit!"

"Breakfast was limited but made for great option to start day. Room was on smaller side but comfortable and perfect for our family of four. Great location in town, convenient to shopping, restaurants and tour pickups. Overall great stay and we hope to return for a future visit. "
