「Amazing experience, can not recommend highly enough! The view from our patio of the animals was incredible - I have been on safari in Africa before, but this experience was just as incredible - and much easier with the kids in tow! 「开始前台给错了房间，因为她没有确认名字和房间类型，只是中国人的姓氏一样的就认为是同一个人。我发现后打电话前台。一个叫Julie的态度十分强硬不友善,可以说很不专业。换了房间后发现房间还不错的。其他员工还可以的。复活节期间的溢价不太划算。WIFI用不了，前台说wifi是坏的。」
