「Good and efficient communication before checking in. They arranged a check-in agent to meet us on-site. The closest metro station is Vittorio Emanuele, but we had some extra walking from Roma Termini station (about 15-20mins while carrying luggages), so as to avoid chaos in the metro in Rome. Just a few minutes walking distance from the Colosseum. We felt safe to walk around in the neighbourhood at night. We booked a one-bedroom apartment (with a sofa bed in the living room). 「Great location with a beautiful view of the sea. Apartment was very clean and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Washing machine was a bonus. Had a problem with the hot water, which was promptly fixed. Would highly recommend 」
