Lovely little hotel.

A lovely little hotel off the beaten track. Provided a perfect pit stop on our way from Rome to Marseille. Staff friendly and rooms well kept and clean. Limited bar and food but restaurants on the seafront (down the steps).

Lovely hotel room with everything we needed. Easy walk down to the beach. Although we didn’t do any of the optional activities on offer from the hotel, they looked good (cooking class, massage, tennis). However, our shower leaked, the walls were quite thin and reception had limited opening hours.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geschnackvoll eingerichtet. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Terrasse und das leckere Essen und guten Wein einfach wundervoll.🙏

Super séjour à lavagna seul petit bémol il n'y a pas de clim dans les chambres et certaines chambres n'ont pas de salle de bain donc attention quand vous réserver ! Exceptionally friendly staff who were happy to share their knowledge of the local area as well as being excellent hosts throughout the day and night. Stunning location with good transport links to explore the wider Liguria area. The room was a bit basic and the bed was not the comfiest. The breakfast each morning was on the lovely rooftop terrace overlooking the sea, although the food was slightly disappointing.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Hotel Gian Paul. Die Nähe zur 5 Terre und Portofino war super und mit dem Zug/Schiff ideal erreichbar. In nur 5 Minuten ist man am Strand und das Morgenessen auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick über‘s Meer war herrlich. Herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

très décevant comme organisation

je n'ai pas pu séjourner dans cet hôtel, je suis arrivé à l'hôtel dans l'après-midi, la personne à l'accueil, m'a communiqué simplement qu'elle n'avait pas reçu le mail de réservation de la part de Hotels.com, et que l'hôtel était complet, alors qu'au moment de la réservation moi j'avais bien reçu ma confirmation de la part de Hotels.com. je me suis retrouvé sans hébergement le 31/12, avec ma femme et deux enfants dans la voiture. avec mon insistance, la personne à l'accueil a contacté un hôtel peu loin que heureusement avait une chambre de libre, et j'ai insisté pour avoir les mêmes conditions économiques. je voyage assez fréquemment, et je n'avais jamais eu un problème similaire ailleurs, je ne comprends pas comme ça a pu arriver, il faudrait quand même que Hotels.com enquête pour connaitre l'origine du bug.
