We had three rooms booked, and I was simply holding the hand of a toddler under two years old while standing at the reception desk. She immediately started talking about extra guest charges and even suggested that a child under two years old should be charged.
Are you seriously that desperate for money? The child wasn’t even staying in my room. The fact that your first reaction was to look for ways to charge more is absolutely ridiculous.
The hotel itself feels like a haunted house. Everything is old, outdated, and poorly maintained. The facilities are worn out, and the entire place desperately needs renovation.
Between the terrible attitude at the front desk and the condition of the hotel, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend staying here."
