「When you flush the toilet in bathroom it makes a horrible loud noise. Info on apartment states it has washer and dryer - it does not. It has a washer and a hanging rack. There was still food in fridge and cabinets, was only given 2 towels for 4 people. Beds are close to floor and are horrible. No roller paper in one of the bathrooms. I truly wanted to walk out. 」

「Room was clean, quiet and well appointed. Elevator was appreciated and staff friendly and helpful. location does not show properly on Google map for navigation by car. Close to restaurants Staff was helpful at their sister property, Douglas Hotel, in getting us to the property.」
