「Great stay!」

「Clerk at check in was a grump. First automatic entry do was in a state of needing repair. Odd front desk location, no line of sight to greet guests. Requested some minor service which wasn’t handled well. Coffee pod restock (no decaf). No coffee cups. Kleenex box was empty. Towels and soap removed. Towels were not replaced. Breakfast buffet was good though not great.」

「This is the second time I've booked with Expedia and we've ended up with a room that the ceiling in the bathroom needed repaired. In addition, we checked in on a Sunday afternoon and the pool was shut down, the description of the property said there was a hot tub, there was none. The Staff was Wonderful !
