「Firstly A Massive Thanks to the staff especially Atesh, the best receptionist for my whole swiss travel trip. He is fluent in multiple languages. Fun and helpful and even suggested a great restaurant with the reservation service for me and my partner. The room is large and clean. Comfortable bed. 「Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das ganze Haus ist hochwertig ausgestattet. Ganz herzliche und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Ansonsten hat man seine Ruhe, keine Rezeption, anstatt Schlüssel einen Code. Kein Stress mehr mit Schlüsselsuche. Rundum Restaurants in teilweise sehr ansprechender Lage. Ich war rundum zufrieden」

「酒店只有十幾間房間，地面是餐廳酒吧，一樓和二樓是酒店房間(沒有電梯)。雖然這間店已經有百年歷史，但可能有翻新，內裡裝修很好。剛好提供了一間面積比較大嘅房間，但對著十字路口，清晨有點車聲，需要關窗睡覺，有風扇提供。早餐雖然沒有熱食，但仍算比較好味。職員很友善。從火車站去酒店，可以乘坐1號巴士，只需要三個站就到Bentor，落車後酒店就在對面。可以問職員取優惠券就可以免費乘坐巴士，不知道船或其他是否也有優惠。」
