change overnight is a very special find and made our stay in Launceston even better. The hotel provided us with various amenities and was very clean and tidy. Clean room. Comfy beds. Good water pressure. Stairs to upper floor bedrooms was tough with big suitcases. No a/c or heat in bedrooms, only in the hallway so you needed to sleep with doors open. Parking garage very small. Our rental Kia Carnival did not fit in the assigned spot. But there was paid parking next door. Nice area walkable to shops and restaurants.

What a fabulously unique stay. Room was fabulous - great patio - laundry facility in the room - very quiet - clean. Host was communicative as we had a small issue, which they responded immediately. Great location - able to easily walk to restaurants.

My family loved the whole vibe and concept of these self contained apartments. They were extremely spacious, clean and the beds were super comfortable. Not really a fan of the reception less set up. Entering the building was a job in it self. Once we were in the building it felt like we were in a Tarantino movie, the black walls in the hallways were a tad creepy. The apartment itself was awesome though. Very clean & well appointed. The shower was great & the beds were comfy. It was a short walk from the city center.

The hotel is great, spacious rooms, well appointed and easy to get to and fairly central. We walked to dinner each night at different places. We stayed in a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. the facilities were great, kitchen had everything you need. The only problem is the entrance, it was difficult to get in as it is up the side of the building on uneven ground, and at night it is difficult to see as everything is black and not well lit. We would definitely stay again.

One night unplanned stay.

Toilet seat slightly loose in one bathroom and definitely had had paint work patched in second room. Otherwise beds very comfortable and was very quiet for Sunday night. Appreciated availability as emergency unplanned stay. Convenient location and only issue is car park is right but we were lucky as only a couple of other cars
