「Great location. We had a spa suite which was nice a spacious with view of the gardens, pool and the mountains around Riva del Garda. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offerings were amazing. Everything was sparkling clean. Good car parking. Great free welcoming mini bar/fridge. All in all a great hotel. Would definitely recommend!」

「Wonderful staff and great restaurant. Our rooms were on the top floor with a lake view and was traditional in style but very clean and in good condition. Restaurant prioritised hotel guests and gave a discount. Hotel is right next to the ferry terminal so is very convenient. We enjoyed watching the ferries come and go. Nice private swimming pool with sun loungers just a short walk up the hill with great views over the lake. Recommend the restaurant by the small harbour around the corner called...

「Excellent hotel with a fantastic view. Staff all very polite. Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange. 「The staff provided excellent service. The accommodations are excellent. Combination of a hotel feel in terms of privacy as well as a B and B in a place with lots of character and a convenient location. The included breakfast was wonderful, included a great spread of continental offerings as well as eggs, formaggio and speck to order. Highly recommended!」

「Rooms were well appointed and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location is about as central as you can get and the train station is less than a 10 minute walk away. Breakfast was decent and inclusive. I would recommend this place highly.」

「Wir waren das dritte Mal im Savoy Palace. Erstmals haben wir Halbpension dazu gebucht. Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles sehr gut organisiert und das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück und Abendessen bieten hervorragende Auswahl und Qualität der Speisen. Das Gesamtangebot ist wohl kaum zu überbieten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!」
