「Absolutely exceeded expectations! Even though this is technically a 4-star hotel, it more than deserves 5 stars in my book. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - special shoutout to Kerry for going above and beyond! 「This hotel is very conveniently located if you have an early flight out of Glasgow Airport and would rather not deal with driving to the airport at stupid o'clock in the morning. The hotel is very clean with nice rooms and has a decent restaurant and bar. As a former very frequently traveller I was impressed.
