「Clean room and comfortable bed plus tea and coffee in the room, good breakfast and nice pool. Downside pool is open to the public and gets very busy all the time. The changing room showers hardly worked so it was hard to wash and rinse hair. On arrival no directions were given to where the pool or spa were or times of breakfast this would be useful to have in the room.」

「The outlook of the Hotel is terrible, the main door is temporary installed. Room condition is clean and comfortable.」

「Located at the core of Glasgow west end, this guest house offers a cosy atmosphere and classy traditional Scottish well equipped rooms. Breakfast is offering continental and British options, generously served strait from the kitchen, well cooked using high quality ingredients. Staff is always attentive and helpful.」

「This is a very fine hotel. Spacious, clean room. As it is a combination of 5 Victorian row houses it can be tricky getting from rooms to bar/restaurant. The positive is the common areas are gorgeous.」

「The check-in and check-out processes are excellent; hassle free! The room is spacious and clean. Location of the hotel is super convenient.」

「Very comfortable.」

「We've booked a room with 2 double beds for a family trip. The room is just right and the kettle and cups were put next to the bed. The locatio is great. There're lots of cafe and restqurants around. It took about 10 min to wall to the Qeent Street Station and the Central Station.」

「Breakfast was top notch Room very clean and every other amenities and staff are very good」

「Small but tidy & clean room. Strong wifi and good shower facilities. 5 minutes walk from Glasgow Central station. Quality of breakfast is satisfactory.」
