The check-in process was difficult. If the kiosk works then it is likely great, but if there is any issue, you get no feedback to let you know you need an agent. The 'curb' appeal from the self-park is horrible. It smells and is grimy. The amenities are poor, even though I am paying a "resort fee". ...
