Extended Stay America Las Vegas hotels

"Need to sort out the check in to be more efficient. Took 1 hour to get our key to the room with the new digital system. Apart from this the stay was fine. "

"To my knowledge there was no airport shuttle. If they have one it's a secret. The staff are great there and very helpful though. Taxis are plentiful. Your ride from the airport will cost you about $30. If you travel by taxi anywhere else close by, such as we went to Caesars Palace and the sphere, The ride will likely cost you 10 to $12 plus tip. Of course Uber and Lyft are always available for at least a $30 ride. The rooms are nice but are showing some wear and tear around the edges. They did provide Kleenex, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as well as a small single piece of soap for hand washing. Nothing else. Everything else you had to purchase even coffee pods. I have been told this is a regular practice in Vegas. But I do not know.The beds only had two pillows each and were down filled. If you need a hypoallergenic ones you need to request it. As far as comfort it was comfortable enough to sleep well but I have slept in more comfortable beds at a holiday inn. They did have two Starbucks, a food court with good selections, and other restaurants as well like Gordon Ramsay's. However if you're after morning coffee and don't want to wait in the long lines. You can always go to the sports bar and get your coffee with Bailey's. This was my first trip to Vegas and was an excellent experience overall. The staff were very knowledgeable and efficient. They were very helpful. If you need a taxi they have a person who tells you which one to go to. "

"Nice property, staff is nice, no refrigerator in rooms no coffee maker and no microwave in room also be prepared for an additional security deposits on top of resort fees "

"I called and asked if our room could be ready at noon and was told there were available rooms. So we paid $20 for valet parking and then waited in a long line with luggage to to told it was not ready. Our room was not ready until 5 pm, that is when we got just an email and no call. Very inconvenient. Then we got to our “suite” and it was dark, dingy, smelly and old. I paid for a remodeled room and it was not. We tried to make the best of it on the first day but we were next to the elevator and it was really loud. We tried to walk down the street and there were homeless areas right next to the building and was too scared to walk anywhere. We finally checked out the next morning and was told by front desk that they could not credit back the unused days and to call Expedia. So Expedia called and the hotel refused a credit. I know they were busy and sold our room so that is very unprofessional and shameful. We will never stay there again and neither should you. There are plenty of other upstanding businesses that will not lie to you repeatedly."

"Not enough pool side seating. One day we are told we can move the loungers where want, the next day they say we cannot move the loungers. Additional charges are outrageous. We paid an additional $600. We will NEVER go back there"

"When we arrived we were stunned by how beautiful the hotel was. There was a long line to check in but we used a kiosk to sign in and saved so much time. I also opted to get a text to have access to a concierge which worked wonderfully! Anything I asked for was delivered almost immediately. SO much to do in the resort itself, right next to a CVS for any needs as costs in resort are pricy, Opted for Eiffel tower view and so glad we did as view was priceless! Could watch the fountains go off across the street. Such a well maintained property. Can walk through to Horseshoe casino. Staff was great. Elevators are fast. Comfortable beds. Only downside was very small shower with extreme water pressure. 10/10"
