"The installations,the food, the beaches, the staff were incredible amazing and helpful good people. Unfortunately the rooms were so old and humidity , broken furniture, dust everywhere, bad conditions, telephone , tv , air conditioning not working even after repair, the towels were very very old and uncomfortable and looks like very dirty even after the laundry. We got updated and pay more and after 2 days We got better room. It is really very pitty the rooms conditions in general. I would like come back if the rooms conditions got better."

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Viva V Wyndham Samaná. Celebrating my birthday here was everything I had hoped for and more. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views, a relaxing atmosphere, excellent food, and a staff that truly makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The highlight of my experience was working with the amazing event coordinator, Federica Natale. From our very first conversation, Federica was professional, kind, organized, and incredibly attentive to every detail.
