「The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The condo was clean and a perfect size for our family of 4. The kitchen had all of the pots/cutlery you would want, but it would be nice to have a simple salt/pepper. They have separate towels for the pool areas/beach, which was nice, but no wash cloths. First I find it far too high and second the process to refund it was very strange. At check in they charged my credit card $1000 and then at check out they said they had to run it again for another $1000 before they could refund the original $1000.
