"The hotel bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The rooftop jacuzzi good enough, maybe the opening and closing times could be extended for guests to wind down after coming from the beach. I can't comment on the breakfast as I chose a room only stay. I did see two baby cockroaches which I fed back to the reception team upon check out."

"Totally let down by Hotels.com. No help offered before, during or after our horrendous stay. We’ve been using them for over a decade but we will go elsewhere now. We saw the reviews stating there was building work and contacted Hotels.com. They said we needed to wait until we got there before they could help. We stayed here December 2925. It was awful. The room reeked of tobacco for our whole stay, there was noisy building working on in the building making it impossible to relax. Check in was a nightmare. You had to download an app, it didn’t work. We couldn’t get in our apartment. Curtains falling off the rail, bin broken, pancake flat old pillows. The list goes on. Contacted hotels.com and the apartment owner multiple times. No help was given and compensation refused. Video evidence sent but apparently hotels.com aren’t responsible for hotels being on building sites, even they’re aware beforehand. "
