「Fabulous stay, we had an accessible room which was well appointed with roll-under sinks, sliding doors and a shower chair. There are lifts throughout the building and a wheelchair lift to the parking area with a disabled bay. The staff were brilliant, really went the extra mile to make our stay lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel for all guests but especially those with mobility issues/wheelchair users. San Sebastian is also surprisingly accessible and flat. Brilliant all round!」

「This is a super little hotel beside the Cathedral, really short walk to the old town, the beach, the river, and the bus station! Really stylish and clean. Staff were friendly and efficient.
