Client didn't get reserved room, no key was available, by watsapp he was suggested to move to another place by taxi and pay himself, since Property didn't provide a taxi, a new place appeared to be a hostel with a room for many people, while separate room was booked

This is not a hotel — it’s just a hostel. Actually, it’s worse than a hostel. You have to use a shared restroom (meant for single-person use) with a bunch of people from multiple rooms. They didn’t even clearly state the building number — whether it was 16A or 16B. It took me an hour to find the correct building and the booked sub-room, No. 4. The smell in the room was absolutely disgusting, and there were no windows at all. It felt like a prison cell. The moment I stepped into the room, I decided to leave and book a different hotel in the city. I really hope they change the listing title from “hotel room” to “hostel room.” If I had known it was a hostel, I would never have booked it. Hope this helps!

I had a horrible experience here! Not clearly advertised that these are rooms in an apartment. 4 rooms up to 4 people per room and one bathroom with no ability to use toilet and shower separately. Zero sound protection as you can hear everything said with normal voice in any of the 4 rooms while you're trying to sleep. The exterior door to the balcony would not lock and a child could pick the lock to the room. Zero reason to believe anything like a camera or laptop will be in your room when you return from the beach. Thankfully Expedia refunded my stay and tried to find me an alternative place to stay. While using the Wifi to talk with expedia it suddenly shut off after they contacted the property owner on the phone? Thankfully I had video of all these issues and Expedia went out of their way to deal with with this issue. Expedia really saved my trip in this instance.

We booked a room for my wife, our teenage son and I. But When we arrived late in the evening we discovered that we only got two beds. So I had to call for them to get another bed. They were very quick to fix this. However, they forgot to add pillow and a blanket. I called them the follwing day, but we did not get blanket nor pillow. Only linens came. So it must have been some miscommunication, probably on my behalf. Also, there were no coat hangers in our room and nothing to hang our clothes on in the shared bathroom. That could be improved. Cleanliness was ok. We were unlucky, there were others in the room next to us to who were not very hygenic in our shared bathroom. But Cleaners came every day so that was good and they were nice. Also besides in our room so was the kitchen and toilet and showers very cold in December. And the water for shower was cold. But as we read the instructions again online, we saw that we need to have the shower on for at least five minutes before it gets warm - and that was no understatement. As for location, it was pretty close to the centre, so that was really great. So if you are on a budget, and dont have too high expectations, by all means. We recommend it.
