"We did not get the apartment we booked and were informed just before arriving. We had booked ocean front but supposedly it was being renovated and so we were put in another. As we arrived really late we could not do much but accept the change. The person who met us was very kind though and even picked us up. "Nightmarish experience. Booked this unit and received the instructions to get the key from a deposit box. There was no key and the unit was occupied. After trying several phone numbers, the person responsible walked out of the next building and claimed he has cancelled the reservation because Expedia won't let him charge a cleaning fee and that he won't be working with Expedia anymore. "To start with, the place shown in the photos (where some ruins can be seen through the window) is not the same building than the one whose address we were sent. The two places are actually 15 minutes away from each other. When we arrived to the given address, in a very shabby building, and we opened the door, the smell of urine was TERRIBLE. "for one night is ok for the price. the. room had an AC but it was controlled from the reception. it was randomly operating through the night. room was ok but not the best. place was clean even if it doesn't look like. there is only parking space for 3 cars and if you have a big one it will be very difficult to park. receptionists were very friendly. it was quite during the night"
