「Along with other hotel guests, we had an unprecedented issue on our final night staying at this hotel, when a freak hail storm severely damaged our hire car. We found the reception staff to be exceedingly helpful, to us and to all guests, in helping us organise tow trucks and leaving the hotel/journeying elsewhere. The reception staff worked tirelessly all day with no breaks, keeping guests updated on the status of our tow trucks, and in our case speaking Italian on the phone to the tow truck...

「Das Hotel besticht durch einen überragenden Blick auf den Gardasee. Sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen kann man diesen Blick genießen. Auch von den meisten Zimmer aus ist dies möglich. Das Frühstück war gut. Der Außenpool erfrischt bei hohen Temperaturen und bietet genügend Anzahl an Liegen sowie Sonnenschirmen. Super ist, dass man den ganzen Tag über die Sonne genießen kann - wir konnten gleich nach dem Frühstück Sonne am Pool genießen und dies bis zu den frühen Abendstunden...

「Le stationnement gratuit est à 10 minutes de marche jusqu’à un garage souterrain difficile à trouver dans le trafic intense de la ville. L’hôtel est bruyant car route très fréquentée. Wifi gratuit seulement dans les aires communes. Le prix est cher compte tenu de ces désagréments mais la vue est très jolie.」

「Got’i Hotel was great! The location was in a perfect spot, with so many local dining options and shops in walkable distance. We enjoyed their aperitif at the hotel, with great options for drinks. 「Great location for shops, restaurants, transport, and climbing and via ferrata. Pleasant helpful staff. Clean and safe hotel and area. Powerful hot shower. Good breakfast with plenty to choose from and great coffee.」

「The floor is a bit cold. Modern and clean. You have to ask for the tee and water boiler. By default nothing in the room if you want any thing that is already mentioned in booking you have to ask for it. It's a bit weird and make me feel uncomfortable asking every day for a simple thing like tee or coffee. 」
