スリッパは使い捨てを使い回し。 シャワーが時間帯で弱い。 シーツも前の宿泊者から取り替えていない？ 18時以降はコンシェルジュおらず、チェックインに苦労した。（鍵が見当たらず、悪戦苦闘）
