情報不足なのでチェックインが不安です。

施設やサービスについては、金額なりのレベルで満足してます。シャワーのヘッドから、穴が塞がっており部分的に出ます。それよりも、根本的に改善する必要があります。ホテルではなく、リゾートマンションですので殆ど民泊型宿泊施設です。その為、チェックイン方法や手順を事前に教えて欲しかった。またケースによってはアーリーチェックインが出来る事になっているが、チェックインを受け付けるコンシェルジュには宿泊者情報が届くのが遅れるケースがあり、アーリーチェックインどころではない。連絡先を伝えてくるが、実際にはあまり連絡しても通じない。
