Sadly the shower didn’t have hot water and was slightly broken, we reported it but wasn’t really fixed. Location is decent and safe, pool was really good despite only getting 2 hours per day to use it

I really like the area that the hotel is located. It appeared to be more Korean in spire restaurants near there so if you’re looking for that sale of food and opportunities to try while in Lapu-Lapu highly recommend. I did not know when booking that it’s going to be more of apartment style which I really really enjoyed. The showerhead does come with a filter. I would book again.

The location was great and so was the staff. Just a few issues with the condition of the furnishings. The table had some water damage. Plus it was very hot in the hallway outside the room. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Relative good place to rest your head

It was ok, but my fault for not checking on in house restaurant for breakfast or bar. None of this is provided or offered. Luckily there are nearby restaurants and bars at other hotels. Family oriented

1) The bathroom, toilet is leaking water. 2) There is no towel when we checked in. 3) The bathroom needs renovation, old curtain/rusty bathroom. 4) Poor maintenance on the room. 5) We even have to be pay a “bond” for staying one night but the place is not well maintained. 6) There’s mark/stained on the table - Not what I expected as per their add in Expedia

Don’t stay in this property is my advice… one of the worst properties I have ever stayed in and I travel regularly and only write a negative comment when deserved… I stayed at Savoy hotel Down the road a week later and that was excellent and highly recommended. Too expensive same apartment are way cheaper. And they charge you 2000 php (32 euro) if you stain one towel. Room completely empty no kitchen ware inside. If you wanna use the washing machine they charge you extra.
