「Despite the reviews I read, the hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and despite the nightclubs and restaurants close the noise level was reasonable and stopped early. The breakfast was typical but had a variety to choose from.」

「The bathroom door lock in the room was broken, there were holes burned by smoke on the sheets, the room smelled of smoke, and the service staff had a bad attitude.」

「The staff was very accommodating. The bathroom not so much. There were long coarse black hairs all over the floor and hairs also on the walls in the shower area. The bed linens were fresh and clean and the floor also. There were a couple old soap wrappers under the desk.」

「This is a lovely hotel to stay in while visiting Montgomery or just passing through. Lovely entrance way, reception, quiet rooms and staff. A particular shout-out to Cheryl, who was so professional and kind at the same time and even volunteered to make us a dinner, even though the restaurant was closed. WOW! After 10 hours of driving, this kindness was so much appreciated. Thank-you! 」
