「A new, fresh, beautiful hotel, very well positioned in front of the beach. The staff was extremely friendly. Great pool area, and a very clean place to stay altogether. A few things though: I am French and so are my parents who joined me and stayed at the hotel. I speak English and Spanish, but my parents don't and we would have appreciated menus and general info provided in French as well as other languages. We had dinner at the Aroma restaurant, and I don't recommend it. We could only order...

「Perfect position for the area no cabs needed, right on the sea front a little cove for snorkelling about 5 mins walk. Rooms were clean, clean towels daily, breakfast great variety, dinner buffet only a few times as ate out in local restaurants, so would have liked option of lunch or dinner which would have been worth more to us, will defo be back. 」

Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in Would definitely stay there again. 」

「Staff were mainly lovely and this is a good base for local diving and/or taking in local sights. Breakfast was one of the best ones I’ve had abroad but quality seems much better at the weekends. Fridge/freezer is really handy. Aircon is not “typical” aircon, it’s a fan system with 3 controls. Room never really cools down. People queue from 7.30am to reserve beds - this didn’t impact us as we were diving but beds very quickly get reserved with towels. Little attention to small things ie...
